METEC is an international trade fair for metallurgy, steel casting and steel production with accompanying congress. The focus of Metec lies on the topics of ferrous and nonferrous metal production, equipment and components for metallurgical plants and rolling mills as well as measurement and control technology and data communication. National developments in the metallurgy industry are treated by numerous lectures and seminars which take place in parallel with the exhibition.
