The projects we work on for our customers are aimed at supporting their key processes. Quality management is an absolute must. Our project managers and consultants can draw on a wealth of experience from international projects. However, experience alone is not enough to ensure the successful culmination of large-scale projects.
We manage projects complying with the international standards of PMI (Project Management Institute) and IPMA (International Project Management Association) in five stages: launch, planning, implementation, checking and completion. At the outset of any project, a matter of prime importance for us is to set evaluation criteria; the customer receives regular progress reports and analyses of whether the project is consistent with the plan.
For risk management purposes, we apply the RIPRAN (RIsk PRoject ANalysis method), implementing ISO 10006 standards and compatible with European IPMA project management standards.
The top-quality project management system is suitably complemented with the knowledge of our consultants and project managers. Our many years' experience of managing and implementing projects for various customers throughout the world is a guarantee of effective, targeted work. Not only do we have an intimate knowledge of technology, but we are also familiar with the environment in which our customers work and can navigate our way round the environments of multinational corporations and other cultures. Therefore, we design a technologically optimal solution while sharing with the customer the experience we have gained from the companies of comparable clients.
We currently employ more than 140 highly qualified IT experts and experienced project managers who work on long-term projects with companies such as Siemens AG (GER), Siemens E&A (USA), SMS Demag (GER), TIBCO Software GmbH (GER), Hewlett-Packard (CZ), Accenture (CZ) and Oracle Czech (CZ). These projects are run throughout the world: in Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Russia, and of course the Czech Republic), America (the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil), Asia (China, Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia) and Africa (South Africa).
